We are looking for 2 Senior Carers to join our Preston team. We are seeking individuals who are kind, caring, and passionate about community care, with previous experience in delivering care and support. A driver is preferred, as the right candidates will work in different areas of Preston. The role will include:

Assisting new staff in their shadowing training and acting as mentors. Being on call on a 1:4 basis. Demonstrating good practice and standards of care and support throughout your role. Conducting spot checks and reviews once fully trained. Helping coordinators with covering shifts for sickness or attending visits if no alternatives have been sought. Having or being willing to undertake NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care. Acting as an advocate and supporting the office team as needed.
