Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Team Leader to join our team. As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operations and providing leadership in our facility. This position requires strong leadership skills, experience in dementia care, and the ability to manage and supervise a team.
Duties
Assist the Manager in day-to-day operations of the facility Supervise and provide guidance to staff members Develop and implement care plans for residents Ensure high-quality care is provided to residents Coordinate with healthcare professionals to meet residents' needs Maintain accurate records and documentation Handle any issues or concerns that arise in the facility Medication management Experience To be successful in this role, you should have:
Previous experience in a leadership role in a care home, assisted living, or home care setting Strong knowledge and experience in dementia care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to effectively manage and supervise a team Proficiency in developing and implementing care plans Hold a level 3 or above diploma in Adult Social Care If you are passionate about providing exceptional care and have the necessary skills and experience, we would love to hear from you.
