Role Summary The role holder will be responsible for leading European Sourcing activities working with the European Professional Services team, whilst collaborating globally as part of the Sourcing community to share insights, leverage economy of scale and act as one team. The role includes Strategy and Planning, Governance, Strategic Sourcing and continuous improvements, Supplier Management, Stakeholder Engagement and Business Partnership, ensuring full accountability for stakeholders’ experience and contribution to continually developing the Europe Sourcing team positive brand. Professional Services Category Portfolio Responsible for supporting the business procuring the following services: Management Consulting Audit, Tax and Risk Consulting Regulatory and Corporate Finance Consulting Legal Services HR & Staff Augmentation Sourcing accountability for the above Services includes: Contribution to Global Strategies and initiatives. Defining, delivering and owning regional category strategy. Leading and executing RFI, RFPS and RFQs. Contract Management and Negotiation. Risk compliance to regulations and policies. Financial acumen and awareness. Stakeholder alignment. ESG initiatives across the category portfolio. Key Responsibilities Strategic thinking and Strategic Planning:

Qualifications and experience required: Experience as a Head of / Category leader in multi-national organisations. Diverse range of category experience. Advanced level of experience in managing complex suppliers and operating with a range of business models. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Project Leadership skills of large and complex Procurement projects. Strong financial and analytical skills. Energy, pace, and an impeccable track record of delivery. Educated to degree level with postgraduate procurement accreditation preferred (MCIPS). Advantageous: Digital Literacy, practical experience of digital tools, generative AI, automation etc. Experienced in SAP Ariba, procurement modules.
