A personable Construction Health & Safety consultancy is seeking a CDM Principal Designer who enjoys the social challenges of leading a team. Known for its dedication to design excellence and its impressive portfolio of high-profile projects, this practice places a strong emphasis on nurturing and supporting its team and are looking for someone to take up a Senior position and support a number of lesser experienced staff while still managing important clients.
The Senior CDM Principal Designer Role
As a Senior Principal Designer, you will oversee a portfolio of dynamic projects, taking on the dual role of Principal Designer and Client Advisor. You’ll collaborate closely and support a dedicated team of CDM and Health & Safety professionals.
The Senior CDM Principal Designer Will Have:
NEBOSH Construction
(required) Tech IOSH
(minimum) APS membership
(preferred) Design degree:
Architecture / Civil Engineering / Engineering / Surveying (preferred) Experience:
At least 4 years of experience in CDM or a relevant field Skills:
