We have an exciting opportunity to join our Store Central Operations team as Senior Central Operations Manager. This role will provide operational oversight of the day-to-day running of all our stores and centrally drive operational excellence across both stores and support functions. This is a permanent and full-time role based in our Support Centre in Speke, Liverpool.
This would suit someone with prior office-based retail operations experience or an Area or Regional manager who has proven experience of implementing process-related improvements across a large scale.
The key accountabilities in the role are:
Oversee and manage all functions within central operations including visual merchandising, store communications, stock supply chain planning, IT and change projects and POS.
Management of retail-related projects and strategic commercial planning.
Fast moving commercial activities to drive sales.
Drive retail operational efficiencies.
Operational day-to-day and leading wider strategic initiatives linked to retail business objectives.
To be successful in this role you will have:
Proven experience in retail operations leadership at a senior level.
A commercial focus and passion for retail.
A strong background in optimising store operations and support functions.
Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Excellent planning, organising, prioritisation and project management skills.
The ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly to change.
A strong proficiency of MS Office and related applications.
