Senior Charge Nurse – ECMS

The shift pattern for this position is Mon-Fri 9-5 or 4 days 7am-5pm. We are very keen to hear from experienced front door nursing professionals, who would thrive in a fast-paced environment, leading a team of dedicated senior charge nurses. Quality improvement needs to be at the heart of your thinking, along with strong governance, risk, and controls oversight. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference for our patients and our people, working closely with the local and wider management team. We are ideally looking for the successful candidate to be highly visible in core hours, with some out of hours working as and when required.
