About Us:

We are a Chartered Financial Planning firm dedicated to providing expert, holistic financial advice. We are seeking a high-calibre, Senior Chartered Financial Adviser to join our team, working closely with our clients and contributing to our ongoing success.


Role Overview:

As a Senior Chartered Financial Adviser, you will manage an existing client bank of high net worth individuals with approximately £80M in funds under management. You will provide full holistic financial advice, including inheritance tax (IHT) planning, while delivering a professional, engaging, and valuable ongoing service.

You will be supported by a dedicated team of administrators and paraplanners to ensure your focus remains on client engagement and quality advice.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full holistic financial advice to high net worth clients, including IHT planning.
  • Manage and service an existing portfolio of clients, ensuring ongoing client satisfaction and retention.
  • Deliver high-quality, professional, and tailored financial planning solutions.
  • Collaborate with a support team (administration and paraplanning) to maintain efficient operations and deliver exceptional client service.
  • Work with the firm’s internal teams to drive business progress and contribute to a culture of excellence.
  • Generate new business opportunities through client referrals and strategic networking.


Key Requirements:

  • Senior Chartered Financial Adviser status (or working towards it).
  • Extensive experience in holistic financial advice, including estate and IHT planning.
  • Strong communication and listening skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all client interactions.
  • A strong work ethic, efficiency, and pride in the work produced.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and drive continuous progress across the business.
