Overview
Candidate must be a MRICS Building Surveyor with strong dilapidations experience. Ideally based around Oxford, Reading or Swindon. Most work is with the Tenants rather than the Landlord. 2 years PQE. Must be able to work autonomously. Home based 2-3 days a week. Candidate can bring a graduate or assistant with them.
