Our client, a busy daytime fresh food Cafe/restaurant near Guildford, Surrey are currently looking to recruit a Senior Chef de Partie to join their team.They are a small, independent café and pride themselves on offering high quality food and service. They work with fresh produce to deliver quality homemade breakfasts, brunch, lunch, desserts and cakes.This Chef de Partie position offers a great salary, fantastic working hours and benefits.Benefits include:- Staff discounts- Pension- Free onsite parking- No evening workThe Senior Chef de Partie role involves working with the team to make sure daily and weekly prep is completed, cooking from scratch with fresh ingredients and maintaining kitchen hygiene and safety systems. They are a small team and chefs work across all areas of the kitchen.As the Senior Chef de Partie you will:·Have at least 4 years kitchen experience with strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary skills.·Great work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment·A genuine passion for food and consistently high standards·Be familiar with food safety regulations and best practices·Be a strong team-player and able to follow instructions·Be able to build a good rapport with the kitchen team and front of house staff.Hours:-40 hours per week-Working 5 days out of 7-Daytimes - Working hours are between 8am-4pmOwn transport required due to location.Scattergood's are acting as an agency on behalf of this vacancy.
