Service Care Solutions is currently working alongside a forward-thinking local authority based in Greater Manchester. They are looking for a Senior Childcare Lawyer to join their expanding legal team.
This role pays a competitive rate of £45-£55 an hour, depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Able to handle high caseload in childcare cases from start to completion.
- Preparing Legal documents and correspondence.
- Advocacy skills to represent the Council in contested proceedings.
