About the Role
As a Senior Children's Residential Worker, you’ll step into a role that is both exciting and rewarding. Not only will you provide exceptional care, but you’ll also play a key role in shaping a brand-new service from its very beginnings. In this leadership position, you’ll have the chance to drive innovation, helping to establish a caring home environment that meets the individual needs of young people. You’ll be instrumental in leading a dedicated team, mentoring and supporting staff to ensure the highest standards of care and safeguarding are upheld.
Beyond direct care, you’ll be involved in modernising the service, contributing to business plans, and influencing the strategic direction of the home. This role offers fantastic opportunities for personal and professional growth, with access to specialist training and ongoing development to enhance your leadership skills. Most importantly, you’ll be joining at a pivotal moment, as this is the first service of its kind in the area—offering you the rare chance to help shape and define something new, innovative, and truly transformative.
