About the Role
As a Senior Children's Residential Worker, you’ll step into a role that is both exciting and rewarding. Not only will you provide exceptional care, but you’ll also play a key role in shaping a brand-new service from its very beginnings. In this leadership position, you’ll have the chance to drive innovation, helping to establish a caring home environment that meets the individual needs of young people. You’ll be instrumental in leading a dedicated team, mentoring and supporting staff to ensure the highest standards of care and safeguarding are upheld.
Beyond direct care, you’ll be involved in modernising the service, contributing to business plans, and influencing the strategic direction of the home.
