We are pleased to be working with a well-established civil structural consultancy to recruit a Senior Civil Engineer offering the opportunity to contribute to the design of a range of medium and large-scale projects and engage with a diverse portfolio of clients.
As a Senior Civil Design Engineer, you will join a positive team that works well together, with a very healthy pipeline of infrastructure projects (drainage and highway), and the opportunity to advance and progress your career. The role offers hybrid working 2 or 3 days a week from home.

About you and the role:
5 years or more experience in civils design with experience of leading projects and managing projects from inception to completion
Good working knowledge of software such as Civil 3D, Microdrainage, Causeway Flow
An understanding of drainage design, SUDS, highways, and cut and fill analysis
Mentoring more junior engineers
An understanding of section 38, 278 (Highways Act) and section 104, 106, and 185 (Water Industry Act) agreements
Ideally chartered or near chartered (but not essential, experience is more important)
