Contract About the Role: Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join their Delivery Group, focusing on non-infrastructure UK water engineering projects. This role involves serving as a technical specialist and/or project lead, applying advanced engineering techniques to deliver high-quality outcomes. Provide guidance on design standards, systems, and engineering codes. Prepare calculations and civil engineering deliverables, ensuring adherence to budgets, schedules, and quality standards. Develop specifications for materials, construction techniques, and data management. Act as a technical specialist, offering advice and guidance to project teams. A strong background in Civil Engineering Design and/or Hydraulics/Structural engineering. Experience in design and build projects, particularly in non-infrastructure water/wastewater treatment works. Proven leadership skills to manage multidisciplinary teams, including structural, geotechnical, and hydraulic specialists. A proactive approach to mentoring and developing junior staff.
