Up to £45,000 I am actively seeking a skilled and talented engineer to join a successful Civil and Structural Engineering Consultancy based in Cardiff. You should have extensive experience, strong software expertise, and a passion for working in a highly collaborative, multidisciplinary team, with a focus on sustainability, technical excellence, and shaping the future of construction in the UK and beyond. Key Responsibilities:

Managing and working on multiple projects simultaneously. Leading scheme development, preliminary and detailed designs, and coordinating projects. Contributing to or leading efforts in business development, budget management, and preparing fee proposals. Mentoring and supporting junior team members to ensure high-quality technical and non-technical deliverables. Working in a design office while actively participating in design meetings, site inspections, and progress reporting. Strong communication and liaison with clients, architects, contractors, and regulatory authorities are essential. Qualifications:

You will thrive in this Senior Civil Engineering role if you have: A BEng, MEng, BSc, MSc, HND, or HNC in Civil Engineering, with significant experience in a design office. Proficiency in AutoCAD, PDS, Civils3D, and MicroDrainage for technical analysis and design. A solid understanding of technical software such as Civil 3D and AutoTrack. Experience working with residential developers. Knowledge of UK planning procedures and the ability to provide technical support to secure planning approvals. Experience securing technical approvals from highway and drainage authorities. Salary and Benefits:
