Roles and Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day technical delivery of civil engineering projects across various sectors, balancing multiple priorities effectively. Design and review drainage systems, SuDS, earthworks, and highways while preparing comprehensive Flood Risk Assessments. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions that exceed expectations. Leverage cutting-edge software to create innovative, sustainable infrastructure solutions. Work closely with a skilled multidisciplinary team to foster a collaborative and productive project environment. Ensure all designs meet relevant UK standards, industry guidelines, and best practices. Provide guidance and knowledge-sharing opportunities to junior staff, nurturing their growth and development. Stay abreast of the latest developments in civil engineering, bringing fresh ideas and innovation to your projects. About You:

Demonstrated expertise in civil engineering, with a focus on drainage, SuDS, flood risk, and highway design. A proven track record in managing projects from initial concept through to construction. Proficiency in design software and an ability to adapt to new tools and technologies. Strong organizational and communication skills, with a talent for problem-solving and decision-making. A collaborative mindset with a passion for fostering team success and building long-term client relationships.
