We are working with a leading water & wastewater infrastructure business, looking for a Senior Civil Engineer to lead site projects. Key Responsibilities: Implement the project requirements to fully meet the client specification in accordance with relevant standards. Work under minimum supervision and check the work of others while supervising less experienced or junior staff. Carry out site visits and surveys, inspections, assessment, supervise and support sub-contractors. Prepare and check feasibility studies, inspections, assessments, technical reports, and other written documents in an appropriate format ensuring compliance with procedures. Comply with Health & Safety, Environmental, and all other appropriate regulations. Prepare/check design approach, calculations, drawings, and documents. Keep up to date with industry best practices and identify innovation/best practices for consideration. Qualifications: Engineering degree qualified. Chartered or Incorporated (CEng/IEng) or working towards. Previous utility industry knowledge and experience is desirable but not essential. Good written and oral communication and organisational skills. Computer literate and conversant with the MS Office suite. Benefits Include: 25 days' annual leave plus 8 days' bank holiday.
