What the role involves

• Review design concepts, calculations, detailed designs, drawings, specifications, and other technical documentation.
• Supervise junior members of the design team, providing guidance and technical support to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with specifications.
• Supporting the professional development of project team members through mentoring and ongoing technical input.
• Assisting in the preparation, management, and monitoring of project budgets, including resource planning, financial tracking, and reporting.
• Review feasibility studies, appraisal and assessment reports, and other written technical documents.
• Ensure compliance with the Company’s Integrated Management System, including Health & Safety, Environmental, and all other relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
