Senior Civil Litigation Solicitor
to join a reputable legal practice with offices in Chichester. They are a full-service law firm that is seeking a Solicitor with a good understanding of the market, the ability to take on an existing varied caseload, and the capability of undertaking business development. Duties will include:
Managing a varied caseload of litigation matters to include: Landlord and tenant disputes Contentious probate matters Commercial contracts and business disputes Partnership disputes Debt claims Boundary disputes Professional negligence claims Active involvement in business development. Desired skills:
A qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 - 10 years of PQE+ (although there is no upwards limit). Experience in running your own Civil Litigation caseload. Strong negotiation, communication, and advocacy skills. Be proactive with an interest in business development. What they offer:
