We are excited to be working with a top international law firm looking for a

Global Senior Client Development Manager

to play a pivotal role in strengthening and expanding relationships with five strategic Global Strategic Growth Clients. This strategic position will support Client Relationship Partners (CRPs) and work closely with the firm’s Client Partner to drive account management, enhance service delivery, and increase revenue over the next four years. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement robust client account plans, ensuring effective client team collaboration. Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers, monitoring and mapping client interactions. Facilitate client research and listening initiatives, ensuring client perspectives inform strategic actions. Track financial performance, identify growth opportunities, and manage client reporting. Provide coaching and support to CRPs and client teams on business development, networking, and client engagement. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality RFPs, pitches, and presentations when needed. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in client relationship management and key account development, ideally in a legal or professional services environment. Strong networking, strategic planning, and project management skills. Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation capabilities. Ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service. A creative, proactive approach to identifying and acting on business opportunities.
