Qualifications

Essential Criteria

National Clinical Coding Qualification - ACC 5 GCSE's A-C, including Maths, Science & English, or equivalent Desirable Criteria

AMSPAR Medical Terminology Qualification or equivalent A Level or equivalent in science Experience

Relevant coding experience Experience of working with Clinicians and Senior Managers Experience in coding a variety of specialties Ability to transfer coding K&S to other staff Working on own initiative & part of a team Desirable Criteria
