Proclinical is seeking a Senior Director, Clinical Development for a role focused on oncology. This position involves leading the development of clinical plans and medical strategies for new oncology products. The successful candidate will work closely with global teams to ensure alignment with therapeutic area strategies and contribute to the successful registration and launch of oncology drugs.
Responsibilities:
Develop and lead the Clinical Development Plan and medical aspects of the Integrated Development Plan.
Collaborate with global teams to provide medical support for drug development programs.
Deliver high-quality medical and scientific input for product data interpretation.
Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice and ethical guidelines.
Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders in a matrix environment.
Participate in business development activities and provide clinical evaluations.
Key Skills and Requirements:
Medical degree (MD required; MD PhD preferred) with board-certification in Hematology and/or Medical Oncology.
Proven experience in oncology/hematology and pharmaceutical drug development.
Strong scientific and academic background with clinical trial experience.
Ability to lead projects and teams, and work effectively in a matrix organization.
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
