This post will be based across both sites. They will work for 2-4 Hip/Revision arthroplasty. The educational supervisor will be Mr D'jon Lopez. Clinical Supervisors will depend on the successful applicant's specific interests. The role will develop educational and experiential knowledge and skills in post CCT level surgery. They will have comprehensive exposure to the full spectrum of Hip & Revision arthroplasty surgery, including periprosthetic fractures and complex metastatic replacements. Supervised 'independent' operating will be available as well as exposure to teaching lists. Although not formally rotated on call or trauma lists, there may be opportunities and requirements, especially for complex trauma for periprosthetic fracture work and revision.
