Senior Associate
to join a Clinical Negligence Department based in Manchester. As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for a caseload of Clinical Negligence matters. The role As a ‘Senior Associate’ you will be responsible for: The management of a Clinical Negligence caseload. The drafting of legal documents such as Schedules of Loss, Disclosure Lists, Witness Statements, Instructions to Experts/Counsel, Cost Estimates etc. Attending at Court both in person and electronically. Qualifications, skills and experience We are inviting applications from candidates, with a minimum of 8 years PQE in Claimant Clinical Negligence. It is essential that applicants are confident in their ability to advocate to get the best possible outcomes for the client and have a thorough understanding of costs.
