4 years master degree or equivalent Member of GPhC Post Graduate Clinical Diploma Desirable criteria

Independent Prescribing Qualification Experience Essential criteria

Previous Hospital Pharmacy experience Previous Mental Health experience Experience of Managing Staff Delivery of training at post graduate level MDT working Knowledge Essential criteria

Have knowledge of clinical governance, clinical audit and risk management Have up to date knowledge of mental health therapeutics Have knowledge of primary and secondary care Skills Essential criteria

Have the ability to interpret and communicate highly complex data Have the ability to manage change Other requirements Essential criteria
