Proclinical is seeking a Senior Clinical Development Scientist to support the advancement of clinical development programs in oncology. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in executing early-stage clinical studies, requiring excellent communication skills and attention to detail in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities: Develop and execute medical and clinical strategies for assigned assets. Provide scientific and medical leadership in planning and conducting clinical trials. Review, analyse, and interpret clinical trial data, including biomarkers and safety data. Collaborate with clinical leads and CROs on trial activities and safety reviews. Liaise with clinical operations, data management, statistics, and regulatory teams. Author key study and regulatory documents. Lead or participate in internal meetings and advisory boards. Stay updated on pharmaceutical regulations and therapeutic area knowledge. Contribute to presentations, abstracts, and publications from clinical studies. Ensure compliance with ICH/GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements. Key Skills and Requirements: Bachelor's degree or nursing qualification; advanced degree in life sciences preferred. Experience in clinical development within the oncology therapy area. Proficiency in developing clinical study documents and analysing clinical data. Knowledge of biostatistics, GCP, and regulatory requirements. Experience managing CROs and external vendors. Familiarity with regulatory submissions and authority interactions. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
