Job summary Contract to end at the end of May 2025 We are looking for a Senior Clinical Team administrator to join the Secure Services Central Administration Team Northside House. The team forms part of Secure Services, offering inpatient and community based care for our service user group. The successful candidate will work with the Central Administration Team providing ongoing day-to-day administrative processes including running of the Secure Services cash office, administration of incoming referrals and auditing and data handling associated with KPI reporting. They will work alongside other administrators within the Secure Service and assist the team to continually refine and improve the service offered. Main duties of the job The ideal post holder will be very organised, with experience in administrative settings, and ideally have knowledge of healthcare/ the NHS. The post holder will manage the workload of the Secure Services Central Administration team, spanning the administration of incoming referrals, duties within our cash office and other day to day administrative processes that support the service. The post holder will have line management responsibilities for the other administrators within the Central Administration team, working under the supervision of the Administration Manager. Job responsibilities Key duties include: Management of the Secure Services Cash Office Management and delegation of administrative tasks relating to incoming referrals Data collation and analysis Line management supervision Person Specification Essential Able to travel independently Knowledge Essential Maintaining administrative / secretarial systems Desirable Knowledge of NHS policy / procedures Qualifications Essential NVQ 3 Business Administration or equivalent or willing to work towards NVQ 2 Customer Services or working towards Desirable Knowledge of Trust electronic record system Experience Essential Understanding and experience in a full range of secretarial procedures and systems gained through senior level Supervision of staff Disclosure and Barring Service Check This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
