We are looking to hire a commercial analyst to join the Product Operations team, supporting the management of the JET Product & Tech Portfolio. As a Commercial Analyst, your main area of responsibility will be supporting our Product and Commercial teams to validate the commercial impact of P&T initiatives. You will be responsible for collating and reporting on the cost, benefit & ROI of projects within P&T. Our aim in Product Operations is to support as many teams as possible, so a large focus is on self service and supporting teams in making decisions through lightweight tools and processes. As a commercial analyst, your role is to expand your impact by developing ways of working that can be self served and used across our global P&T workforce. You will work closely with our Product teams to understand how changes to Product metrics translate to financial performance, and to challenge and support the value cases proposed. Value calculation:
you will be responsible for tools to support our product and commercial teams in developing business cases. ROI forecasting:
partner with Product and commercial teams to support teams in self serving ROI forecasts to support prioritisation based on commercial value. Benefit Analysis:
partner with Product and commercial teams to capture and standardise benefit analysis for all P&T initiatives. Reporting and visualisation:
contribute to building out a suite of self service reports for senior stakeholders. Priority Value Dashboards:
responsible for ensuring every P&T priority has an associated value dashboard, capturing relevant metrics, targets and progress against targets. Ad-hoc:
Support wider team with ad-hoc analysis and reporting as required. What will you bring to the table?
Analytical with advanced Excel/Google Sheet & financial modelling skills. Good understanding of the underlying metrics to drive scalability and profitability. Strong commercial acumen/ability to present complex data in a clear, engaging and concise manner to various stakeholders. Logical analytical problem solver with great attention to detail. Strong communication, influencing and presentation skills. Data visualisation experience, ideally using Tableau or similar is desired. At JET, this is on the menu:
