Senior Commercial Consultant Salary/Grade:

£80,000 - £90,000 per annum (depending on experience) Location:

Peterborough (hybrid - 3 days a week in office) Benefits: 25 days annual leave Up to 20% bonus Car Allowance - £625pcm Contributory pension scheme - Caterpillar will double the employee's contribution up to 10%. Contributory share scheme - Caterpillar will match 50% of the employee's contribution. Optional flexible benefits including access to health and dental care plans, EV car lease, holiday purchase. Flexible working arrangements will be considered for this role, in-line with the needs of the business. The opportunity: As a Senior Commercial Consultant, you will work alongside the Commercial Manager and peers to develop as-a-service and asset sale pricing strategies for defined segments and currencies. You will develop and manage new as-a-service customer commercial agreements and set up a process to support and manage bespoke agreements. You'll measure and report the ongoing profitability of existing business. What you will do: Analyse, interpret, and communicate a wide variety of data to draw business insights and recommend actions to maximise sales and profitability. Develop advanced strategic pricing recommendations for new and existing products and services to drive value-based pricing. Provide thought leadership to key stakeholders in the development of pricing strategies. Develop pricing strategies for products and services for specific business segments and currencies. Lead deal teams to establish pricing and agreements for bespoke deals. Monitor and track the performance of different products and agreements. Support the delivery of component NPI programs as required. What you will have: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business (Finance, Economics, Marketing, etc.) or Engineering Top candidates will also have: Experience in serviceable lease agreements in the OEM electrification industry. Experience in variable pricing agreements and contract scope development. Experience in building new commercial value propositions. Proven track record working collaboratively across a large matrixed organization. Additional Information: Up to 30% travel will be required.
