Drafting, negotiate and review a broad range of commercial contracts including supplier agreements, software / IT contracts, distribution agreements, outsourcing and service contracts Advise clients on obligations and rights under commercial contracts and provide guidance relating to formation, performance and termination of contracts Advise on IP and data protection relating to clients product and branding Support the broader Business services team in relation to M&A transactions Take on mentorship and supervisory responsibilities of junior colleagues Engage in business development and networking efforts to maintain the strong connections my client have in the local community and wider west midlands market This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a leading role in an expanding and highly reputable firm with fantastic relationships with nationwide and international accounts, as well as SMEs and other local businesses.
