Sofina Foods is looking for a passionate and results-driven Senior Commercial Finance Manager to join our team. This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in a company that values innovation, quality, and sustainability at its core. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to drive profitability, enhance decision-making, and support strategic growth across our business.

Duties Include: Provide actionable analysis and insights to guide the Commercial team on tenders, promotions, and business planning. Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional performance and decision-making support. Manage the impact of inflation by driving proactive solutions through the sales team. Identify and execute opportunities to improve margins through strategic pricing and product development. Evaluate new product ranges and promotional plans, delivering pre- and post-analysis insights. Analyse raw material alternatives, advising on cost impacts and recommending best-use options. Oversee customer margins for Frozen Retail, Foodservice, and Export segments, providing critical analysis and challenge. Support product costing with "what-if" analysis and advise on optimal business actions. Collaborate with New Product Development to assess cost implications of new products or product changes. Conduct scenario analyses and provide strategic recommendations to key stakeholders. Contribute to continuous improvement projects by evaluating costing impacts and feasibility. Skills & Experience Required: Qualifications: CIMA qualified (degree-level education preferred). Experience: Extensive experience in commercial finance, ideally within FMCG or a similar fast-paced industry. Technical Skills: Advanced Excel proficiency (e.g., VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, PivotTables). Analytical Strengths: Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities with a focus on delivering actionable insights. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and hold stakeholders accountable. Mindset: Constructive challenger with a proactive and solution-focused approach. Personal Attributes: High integrity, attention to detail, and a drive for achievement and excellence. Collaboration: Ability to work independently and effectively within a team structure. Organisational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a dynamic environment.
