A mid-large sized, iconic design practice, that are famed for their innovative and design-led projects around the globe, are seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to join their team in London on a 6-month FTC. Within this role, you will focus on commercial strategy and the development and support of the leadership and new business team. You will also be responsible for reviewing and preparing tenders, RFPs & proposals and review/negotiate contracts and budgets. The ideal person will have previously worked in a similar role and be able to build and maintain strong and collaborative working relationships at all levels. Key Responsibilities: Provide support to the leadership team and identify new business opportunities Gather essential data for, review & create proposals tenders & RFPs Develop commercial strategies for addressing RFPs Review and negotiate project contracts and budgets Collaborate with the wider team on set up of projects Manage project/contracts disputes with care and professionalism Provide updates on projects, contract obligations and potential risks Key Skills: Skilled in strategic commercial responses, document drafting, and global contract negotiation Collaborative approach in working with professional advisers worldwide Methodical and organised with excellent organisational abilities Confident and dynamic in fast-paced environments Effective communicator and negotiator with strong interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word Proactive team player If you would like to apply for this position, please click on apply to attach your CV.
