About the Role We are seeking an ambitious Senior Commercial Marketing Analyst to help us take the next step in data-led commercial performance excellence. You’ll be partnering with key stakeholders from our Commercial Marketing Team (the teams that run our brands in each market) to help structure, refine, and prioritise data-led hypotheses, generate insights and recommendations, put conclusions in context, and tell compelling stories that generate action and create business value.

Your Daily Adventure at Storio

Partner with commercial marketing stakeholders in identifying, refining, and prioritising key business questions, both short-term / tactical, and long-term/strategic. Advise on analysis plans and conduct analysis, using a variety of internal and external data sources, to generate insights and answer business questions and hypotheses. Promote a test & learn, data-driven approach to hypothesis formulation and testing. Manage analysis projects end-to-end, ensuring that analysis generates insights and insights become compelling recommendations. Communicate effectively with a wide variety of teams and seniorities across the organisation. Manage and influence stakeholders so that insights and recommendations are adopted by the business and drive value. The business questions we work on cover topics such as: brand positioning, customer acquisition and investments, customer retention, lifecycle, & segmentation, pricing & promotional strategy, market strategy, modelling, & forecasting. Build strong relationships and foster a data-driven culture across teams. Consistently deliver actionable insights that drive significant business impact. What You Bring to the Party

Extensive experience in a consulting, analytics, or other data driven role, with strong business acumen, ideally in an international environment. Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of customer behaviour, ecommerce business models, the economics of digital and offline marketing, and evaluating competitors in a market. You ask probing questions, challenge the status quo, generate creative solutions, and have a bias for action. Identifies optimization opportunities and analyzes potentially complex issues. May be required to improve, change or adapt existing methods and techniques. Proactive and autonomous, inquisitive and collaborative, with the ability to focus, prioritise, and meet deadlines. Excellent collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to compellingly communicate insights and recommendations to drive business value. Ability to network remotely, build relationships, and operate effectively within a de-centralised community across different geographical locations. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively across projects, manage stakeholders, and drive projects to completion. Experience with common data dashboarding & visualisation tools for self-service data and analysis (e.g. Looker). Degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, Engineering, Physics, or Economics from a top university. Fluent in English. Nice to Have Experience

Experience with Digital Analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics. Experience with SQL, Python, or other common data analysis languages.
