About the role As a Commercial Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving all commercial aspects of the assigned product portfolio (MOS). You coordinate regional (commercial) marketing teams and collaborate with Product Managers to derive global and regional pricing and go-to-market guidelines from the Product Group’s strategy. This involves contract negotiation, quote creation, quote trend analysis and margin management. The Commercial Marketing Manager is a strategic thinker who develops plans that coincide with business targets. One of your main duties is to oversee price decisions to create product margin contribution and business growth. The role is fast-paced and in close accordance with the business cycle and therefore requires individuals who are self-motivated with an analytical mindset.

This is your new job:

Price positioning and portfolio price / margin optimization for assigned product portfolio

Drive Business planning process (short-term and long-term revenue and margin)

Price execution which includes managing daily quote escalation

Plan, execute, support and review price negotiations with Nexperia’s focus customers

Channel management especially distribution in terms of pricing (price book) and development (POS development programs)

Collect and share price insights from the market to support the business creation process

Provide first line of support on commercial marketing inquiries for the regional sales and marketing teams

Manage allocations and discontinuation processes for the portfolio as necessary

Close collaboration with main Stakeholders (Demand Management, Sales, Industrial Operations, Business Owner of assigned product portfolio)

This is you:

University Degree in business administration, electrical engineering, industrial engineering or equivalent

At least 5 years of relevant working experience in B2B commercial marketing, preferably in the semiconductor or electronics industry

Strategic thinking with an entrepreneurial approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Ability to collaborate effectively with team members to establish clear, challenging performance goals and metrics, delegating thoughtfully to work at a strategic level

Open communication style with the ability to negotiate, align, and debate constructively to shape a collective consensus

Ability to communicate decisions clearly and concisely to stakeholders, sales and customers

Intercultural awareness to navigate skillfully across geographic and cultural landscapes

Willing to take decisions and (if necessary) defend these with sound reasoning

Knowledge of Semiconductor products (especially MOS) and its customers is a plus

Ability to derive conclusions based on solid mathematical foundations

Ability to grasp cost drivers and challenge product management and supply chain where applicable

Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint) and advanced knowledge of BI software like Spotfire

Fluent English language skills (spoken and written)
