Our well-established client is looking for a Senior Commercial Property Lawyer with a minimum of 8 years PQE to join their Commercial Property team in Coventry.
Duties of the Commercial Property Solicitor:
The sale, purchase, and lease of land or property; Development, infrastructure, and planning projects; Property finance and investment; Regeneration projects; The drafting, reviewing, and negotiation of contracts and leases; Private company acquisitions, joint ventures, and disposals;
Commercial Property Solicitors can expect to act for a wide variety of clients including investors, developers, funders, landlords, high street businesses, media companies, and corporate groups.
Commercial properties themselves come in all shapes and sizes. You might find yourself working on cases relating to hotels, high street buildings, small shopping centres, restaurants, and any other property or premises used for commercial purposes.
