Key Responsibilities Manage a diverse caseload with minimal supervision, including: Commercial property acquisitions & disposals Landlord & tenant matters, including leases, assignments, and renewals Lead business development and client retention initiatives to help grow our portfolio. Support the team with knowledge sharing and continuous learning opportunities. Play a key role in shaping the firm’s culture through active participation in DE&I and community-focused initiatives. Ideal Candidate 6+ years’ experience in commercial property law within private practice Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently Exceptional drafting, communication, and organizational skills Strong commercial acumen with a good understanding of financial structures Ability to effectively manage workloads and collaborate with a diverse team Personable, with a client-focused and collaborative approach What We Offer Join a highly regarded team with a reputation for excellence.
