Senior Commercial Solicitor (Legal) City of London, England
Salary: GBP69000 - GBP70000 per annum + bonus An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Solicitor to join our client's Legal Commercial Services team. In this role, you will report into the Legal Head of Commercial Services, focusing on a key brand in the EMEA region while also supporting other brands within the group for UK and global contracts driven from the UK. Key Responsibilities: Lead the negotiation and drafting of global contracts across the EMEA region and beyond, collaborating with local legal counsel to ensure compliance with local laws. Provide legal advice, negotiate, and amend complex contracts, ensuring alignment with Commercial Services processes, manuals, and internal KPIs. Review and draft UK data processing agreements and privacy provisions within contracts, working closely with privacy counsel on complex matters, including cross-border data transfers. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a global brand, gaining exposure to high value international contracts. You must have substantial experience in relevant commercial contracts law to apply.
