An opportunity for a senior commercial solicitor to work with notable clients primarily in the Financial Services sector with this award-winning national law firm, renowned for its culture and flexible working approach. An excellent opportunity to develop your own successful practice.
The Role
Working as part of an established national Tech, IP & Data team Handling a range of technology projects and advice relating to Fintech, tech procurement, and outsourcing Advising notable FS clients as a sector specialist with Partner support, where required Providing advice on a range of projects including framework agreements, collaborations, software purchases, digital transformation projects, cloud migration, and outsourcing Preparing pitches and tenders, providing training, and building client relationships Working on site with clients Managing other members of the team
Requirements
A qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 PQE Proven experience in Technology/Commercial at a national or specialist law firm, or relevant in-house legal team Ambition to take a leading role in the delivery of more complex, strategic client work
