We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and motivated Band 6 Senior Community Nurse to join our community nursing team covering the borough of Woking.
The Community Team visits patients in their own home as well as care homes. There are excellent opportunities for training and development of both your clinical and leadership skills. The team has experienced Clinical Leads who will ensure that you have the necessary support for your personal development. The community nursing service works over a 7-day week 8.00am to 8.00pm offering a variable shift pattern, and includes weekend and bank holiday working.
Individuals will be expected to deliver and maintain a high standard of clinical and professional Nursing Care and to assist in the delivery of all aspects of individualised patient care.

Responsible for the delivery of care and for managing service provision in accordance with national and local priorities, organisation policies, procedures and guidelines and in accordance with the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
