Senior Community Occupational Therapist – Social Care Qualified

Job Summary The position will assist Redbridge Council and North East London Foundation Trust in carrying out their responsibilities under the Mental Capacity Act, the Care Act of 2014, the Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards, the Safeguarding procedures, and the housing laws. While maintaining adherence to pertinent laws, this position necessitates a flexible, adaptive approach to satisfy the evolving demands of integrated health and social care services. Duties Ensure adherence to housing laws, the Mental Capacity Act, the Care Act of 2014, the Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards, and the Safeguarding Act. Encourage the provision of social and health care services that are integrated. To guarantee efficient service delivery, work together with Redbridge Council and North East London Foundation Trust. Help with applying pertinent laws and protecting those who are at risk. Adapt to the shifting demands of the service with flexibility. Experience Expertise in health and social services and familiarity with important laws (Safeguarding, Mental Capacity Act, Care Act). The capacity to provide responsive solutions and adjust to shifting service demands. Relevant health and social care credentials or comparable work experience.
