Senior Community Physiotherapist - Dorset
We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our private home-based physiotherapy service operating in Dorset. We cover areas in Dorset including Poole, Bournemouth, Dorchester, Blandford, Christchurch, and small villages. Where you work depends on your home location and how far you are willing to travel. You will be working autonomously managing your own caseload with support from our home physio team and clinical director. Key Responsibilities As a community physiotherapist, you will be delivering expert, high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy services to our clients around the county of Dorset. There is no obligation to take a client, and clients will be allocated closest to your home location. Responsibilities include: Home physiotherapy visits to undertake initial assessments to identify physiotherapy needs and form treatment plans. Visiting clients at home to provide ongoing assessment and rehab as required. Documenting treatment on clinical systems. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide continuity of care when needed. Communicating and supporting other Salveo Forma Physiotherapists if/when required.
