Plus, you’ll only need to go into their Bath office (right next to Bath Spa station) once a week, spending the rest of your time working from home.
Responsibilities:
Provide support and guidance to all business units ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. Identify and mitigate compliance risks. Develop and implement compliance training programmes and monitor their effectiveness. Perform horizon scanning, keeping management informed of any relevant regulatory changes and their potential impact on the business. Recommend appropriate responses to regulatory changes. Qualifications:
Previous experience in a Compliance role within an investment management/platform environment. Fully conversant with relevant FCA regulations. Strong Consumer Duty and CASS knowledge and experience. Any SMCR and/or ESG experience would be advantageous. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Able to deliver engaging Compliance training at all levels across a business.
