Senior Compliance Lead
Lead a small compliance team within a London Market insurer.
Assume ownership and management of all compliance functions including advisory, monitoring and oversight.
Contribute to devising the annual compliance strategy plan and lead implementation.
Ensure suitable compliance controls are designed and maintained.
Develop an effective group-wide compliance culture and create solutions to emerging regulatory risks.
Embed a robust and fit for purpose compliance framework.
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
As this is a small team, the role will include "heavy lifting" and completing day-to-day duties.
What you need to show
Experience in a senior compliance role within the Syndicate / Company market.
In-depth understanding of Lloyds and FCA regulations.
Ability to challenge where required.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills.

Permanent role with benefits package.
Salary to £80,000 to £100,000 + 20% annual bonus target + benefits package.
3 days working in the City & 2 days working remotely.
