SENIOR DESIGNER - CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT FOR MULTICHANNEL RETAILER This homewares/interior brand is constantly evolving and making tweaks to their creative assets to elevate their brand positioning. As such, they need an experienced Designer who can work across both digital and print assets, coming up with concepts to build the visual narrative of the brand. What they need -

Someone who's confident working across concepting and ideation for the brand's design output, who can help bring the brand vision to life. An experienced designer with exposure to working for another consumer-facing brand (any prior homewares/interior design/premium brand experience would be very useful!) who can oversee the visual identity of campaigns. Someone to support the Head of Brand to spot opportunities to enhance existing assets and lead on projects to improve the visual elegance of online and offline collateral. Any experience with Video would be highly desirable, to ensure the look and feel is maintained across all media & visuals. A designer who can help develop the aesthetic & vision of marketing campaigns, taking responsibility for the development of brand-elevating creative concepts across various media channels. What you're great at -

Telling brand stories through your design work, helping evolve the visual aesthetic and quality of design output for another retail brand. Bringing creative flair to projects and marketing briefs, serving as brand guardian and looking for ways to elevate the look and feel of design assets. Serving as the gatekeeper for the brand's TOV, interpreting the needs of the marketing requirements but never deviating from a consistent brand aesthetic. Taking the lead on delivering on brand assets (predominantly digital), coming up with new concepts and executing across multiple channels. Supporting the wider design team, and ensuring the Head of Brand's vision is realised in all design collateral. What you'll get –

Hybrid/flexible work setup - ideally you'll be able to get to the Norfolk HQ twice a week. Also the option of Central London offices on occasion (the regional HQ is 1hr45mins out of Liverpool Street Station). Seniority level
