We're looking for a
Senior Conduct & Regulatory Manager
to help shape the way we manage regulatory enforcement in sports governance. This exciting opportunity focuses on handling misconduct complaints, resolving registered club disputes, and supporting our Governance and Legal Services Team with expertise and care. What the role involves: In this role, you'll manage the triage and outcomes for regulatory cases, ensuring high-quality advice and support every step of the way. You'll craft clear, evidence-led decisions, guide resolution efforts, and foster confidence and trust through fair and objective outcomes. From handling sensitive, high-profile matters to tackling the growing challenges of social media complaints, your resilience and innovative approach will be key. Empathy is also at the heart of this role as you help resolve conflicts within registered clubs. The ideal candidate will have: A solid understanding of the Kennel Club Rules and Regulations. Previous experience in legal work, case management, or regulatory enforcement. Strong time management, organisational skills, and the ability to support a busy team. Reliability, flexibility, and a respectful approach to both internal and external stakeholders. This is your chance to make a real impact in a rewarding and dynamic environment. We are offering a permanent, full-time position with a salary of
£48,000 - £55,000 per annum
