Senior Conference and Events Manager East London Salary: £41,500 My client is currently looking to recruit a Senior Conference and Events Manager to join their team. They are a leading hospitality and catering company, and this role is based at one of their flagship sites in East London, where they cater for some of the most influential events in the UK. My clients are culinary champions; it's what they do and what they are passionate about. At the core of their work is the belief that sustainably sourced great food and drink, coupled with exceptional service, is key to creating legendary experiences. Overall Purpose of the Role: Assist with the development and leadership of your team within the venue to inspire exceptional service delivery to clients and guests. Facilitate day-to-day client operations, ensuring that business expectations are met while consistently 'Winning One Customer at a Time'. Review performance and ensure delivery of departmental financial targets. Demonstrate full alignment with my client's vision and values by doing the right things and celebrating successes. Now About You: 3-5 years of experience in Hospitality Management or a demanding food environment preferred. Knowledge of event management within the hospitality sector. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capability to lead others. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. A salary of £41,500 is offered for the role of Senior Conference and Events Manager, along with company benefits and perks.
