Independent preparation of; claims for time and delay; adjudication documentation. Drafting written reports, setting out process, conclusions and recommendations. Providing strategic and consultative advice through all stages of the construction project life cycle. Actively contributing to business development, bringing in new clients and projects. Key Skills: 10+ years post degree experience in live project environments; ideally as a planner/project controls manager or similar. MSc or Postgraduate Diploma in
Construction Law
or similar. Expert understanding of
dispute resolution procedures
and contract law principles. Major construction and engineering project experience. Experience of and ability to operate Standard Forms of Contract (JCT/NEC/FIDIC). Ability to prepare, assess, and interrogate construction programmes utilising various software. Competence in consolidating, manipulating, and interpreting large datasets.
