Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled Senior Construction Manager with a proven background in residential tower blocks, high-rise flats, and apartment projects, alongside expertise in complex fit-outs and multi-trade management. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, high-stakes environment, demonstrates exceptional leadership, and is passionate about delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage construction and fit-out projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Coordinate and supervise multi-trade teams including contractors and subcontractors, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient work execution. Implement and enforce safety standards, ensuring all team members adhere to health and safety regulations at all times. Maintain clear communication with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and other contractors, to ensure alignment on project progress and objectives. Monitor project costs and handle budget adjustments, ensuring financial targets are met. Drive project planning, including scheduling, resource allocation, and materials procurement.

Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience as a Construction Manager in residential tower blocks, high-rise flats, or large apartment buildings. Fit-out experience in a multi-trade construction environment is essential. Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and industry best practices. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage complex projects and mitigate risks effectively. Relevant qualifications in Construction Management or a related field.
