The Opportunity

We are now recruiting a Senior Construction Manager to be based at Saltend Chemicals Park. It is the responsibility of the Senior Construction Manager to lead and manage a multi-faceted construction management team across a portfolio of diverse projects and to manage the delivery on site including SHE, Quality, Schedule, and Cost. Minimum Requirements

BTEC or equivalent in construction or engineering discipline. Detailed understanding of applicable industry legislation and regulations including CDM 2015. Experience in leading/coordinating a multi-faceted construction management team. Previous experience supporting project and engineering disciplines. Proven track record in managing onshore construction campaigns on Upper Tier COMAH facilities within the UK. Practical working knowledge of NEC and iChemE contracts styles with a TIC value up to £100m. What you will receive from us:
