Responsibilities

You’ll be responsible for: Working as part of the senior construction delivery team, taking direction from construction lead and project senior leadership team (SLT), providing guidance to wider team.

Promoting and driving the businesses priorities through construction to production, digital & data and responsible business.

Understanding and formulating short-term plans to deliver to programme, able to communicate with and coordinate Trade/sub contractors.

Owning safety, wellbeing and quality deliverables for specific sections of the project.

Contributing to establishing and maintaining health, safety and wellbeing culture onsite.

Supporting managers in leading focused forecast lookahead meetings, providing authority and guidance where required.

Developing and maintaining strong relationships with client and design CMT, knowing QA process to final sign-off.

Providing comprehensive technical expertise and understanding of Mace onsite Standards for each part of the project, where to find them, and responsible for implementation.

Identifying and implementing continuous improvement and plans, identifying key business improvements.

Developing and maintaining a series of both internal and external relationships.

Working collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition, and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.

Minimum Requirements

You’ll need to have: A CSCS card (construction skills certification scheme) and a SMSTS qualification.

Proven experience in managing multiple large packages of work along with detailed knowledge of construction methodology, process and inherent safety involved.

You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and lead strong, motivated teams.
